My Story
Baking Memories,One Slice at a Time
What started in a small kitchen, fueled by a deep love for baking, quickly grew into something much more. Our passion for creating joyful moments through food and shared love for delicious treats was the perfect foundation for our bakery. Today, we continue to bake with the same heart and soul, always striving to bring the joy of homemade goodness to every home. As I like to say, I am just a Pacific Northwest girl, living in a southern world with a little New Mexican flare.

From Farm Fresh to Oven Warm
At Flour Focus and Foam, we believe great baking starts with great ingredients. Whenever possible, we use fresh ingredients from our own small homestead—including farm-fresh eggs, seasonal herbs, fruits, and other homegrown harvests.
When an ingredient can’t be grown or raised here, we carefully source high-quality products from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to freshness and quality. Every loaf, cookie, cupcake, muffin, and handcrafted treat is baked in small batches in our home bakery with the same care and attention we’d give to our own family.
From our homestead to your table, every bite is a celebration of simple ingredients, honest craftsmanship, and homemade goodness.
Around here, we have one simple rule: we don’t measure vanilla with a spoon—we measure it with our hearts.
Every recipe is made the old-fashioned way, with a little extra care, a little extra love, and yes… usually a little extra vanilla. We also make our vanilla in-house and it is crafted with the same love that we put in our handcrafted treats!
